We agree on the price and deadlines, and I take a 50% advance payment
You send me the technical task, drawings, and all necessary materials
Briefing
I create a 3D model of the space
I start working on visualization or sketches. You can make up to 20% of revisions for free. If there are changes to the technical task or significant alterations, revisions will be charged
If there are revisions, I make all necessary adjustments and resend the sketch or visualization in draft quality. You can make revisions for free up to 3 times within 10 days after the completion of the order
I take the remaining 50% payment
I send you the sketch or visualization in excellent quality in PDF, JPEG, or PNG format of your choice. Procreate and ArchiCAD files, 3dsMax files are not provided and remain the professional property of the sketch artist

I have a perfect understanding of all drawings, which allows me to turn your vision into reality on my sketches while maintaining proportions and without unnecessary questions.
In addition to this, I also develop my own sets and brushes that will help speed up your work and add a unique style to your projects. My goal is not just to create a design, but to give you a piece of art that reflects your personality and style.

We accept PDF, JPEG, PNG formats for drawings and materials
The process typically takes 3 to 5 working days, depending on the complexity of the project and workload
After the perspective is approved, changes to the design are possible only for an additional fee
Free revisions up to 20% include minor adjustments. Three free revisions after the initial rough sketch include changes that do not alter the overall design significantly
We accept payment via bank transfer or through online payment systems
Source files in Procreate and ArchiCAD formats are not provided as they are the professional property of the sketch artist
The final sketch will be sent to you in high quality in PDF, JPEG, or PNG formats of your choice
The prepayment is 50%, with the remaining 50% due upon approval of the final sketch
